How the Pineridge Mountain Referral Program Works
1. Refer a friend or family member
Review the Referral Program Terms & Conditions, then complete the short referral form below to introduce someone you think would be a great fit for Pineridge Mountain.
2. We'll take it from here
Once we confirm your referral is eligible, our sales team will connect with them and help them explore the homes, Villas, Lofts and lots available at Pineridge.
Your referral has three months from the date you register them to enter into a Contract of Purchase and Sale.
3. You receive 1%
If their purchase successfully closes, Pineridge Mountain will pay you 1% of the purchase price before GST within 30 days of closing.
$500,000 purchase → $5,000 referral payment
$750,000 purchase → $7,500 referral payment
$1,000,000 purchase → $10,000 referral payment

Introduce a friend or family member to Pineridge Mountain. If they purchase a qualifying Pineridge property, you’ll receive a referral payment equal to 1% of their purchase price before GST.
A $750,000 purchase = $7,500 for you.
You make the introduction. Our sales team will take it from there.
Who Would Love to Live in Pineridge Mountain Recreation Community?
Review the Terms & Conditions. Make a referral. Once your referral is confirmed in writing by our Sales Team, your referral will be active.
A Few Things to Know
The Friends & Family Referral Program is available to people currently living at Pineridge Mountain and throughout the Columbia Valley.
Your referral must be registered before they have already contacted or begun working with the Pineridge Mountain sales team.
Once approved, your referral has three months to enter into a Contract of Purchase and Sale.
The program applies to all qualifying properties sold directly by Pineridge Mountain, including homes, Mountain View Villas, Terrace Lofts and lots.
Only one referral payment is available per qualifying purchase. If more than one member of the same purchasing household is referred, the first eligible referral registered with Pineridge Mountain will apply.
Licensed real estate professionals are not eligible through the Friends & Family Referral Program and should use the Pineridge Mountain Realtor Referral Program.
