  • Of course! Our construction team would be happy to build your dream home. They are experienced new home builders in Invermere and know each lot's details and the Pineridge community well. 

  • First, you'll choose a lot and floor plan that work well together considering aspects like

    "Do I want a house with a mountain view or a forest view?"

    "Do I want a basement? Should it be a walkout?"

    "Should I live next to the trail system, the creek or closer to the school?"

    Remember, we're in the mountains and that means no two lots are the same! Don't worry, we'll help you pick the right lot to go with a floor plan that suits it. 

    Our Sales Team will work with you to get a few of the preliminary questions covered. Next, you'll meet with our Construction Superintendent (virtually or in-person), to discuss the planning of you new home. 

    Once we have agreed to a floor plan and lot our team will get to work on building your dream home in the mountains. 

  • Currently, our new homes are complete in a minimum of 5 months. However, we have quick possession homes available if you are in a rush to move in. 

  • Yes! Several of our residents purchased the adjacent lot for more space.
