The 10th Annual Polar Plunge returns to Kinsmen Beach in Invermere as a highlight winter celebration and community fundraiser! Hosted by RAD Recreation Adapted Society, this iconic cold-water plunge brings together locals and visitors alike for a bold splash into icy waters, all in support of accessible outdoor recreation across British Columbia.

What to Expect

Plunge into icy water: Embrace the thrill and chilly challenge!

Celebration station: Warm up with music, activities, snacks and community vibes.

All welcome: Participate as a plunging hero, a spirited supporter, or a spectator soaking up the fun.

Community impact: 100% of your $20 registration fee, swag sales, and donations go directly toward adaptive recreation access - giving people the chance to try, rent, and use equipment that supports independent, active living.
