Grand Opening: Pineridge Pooch Park! 🐾

Join us on Monday, June 30 from 11 am to 2 pm for the official grand opening of the Pineridge Pooch Park, a new community space where your furry friends can run, play, and make new pals!

Come celebrate this paw-some new addition to the Pineridge Mountain community. Whether you're a resident, dog lover, or just want to enjoy a fun day outdoors with your doggo, this event is for you.

All well-behaved dogs (and humans) are welcome!

Please ensure that you always respect and follow the Pineridge Pooch Park rules for many years of enjoyment to come. 

Pineridge Pooch Park Rules: 

• Pick up after your dog.

• All dogs visiting the dog park must be up to date with vaccinations. 

• Dogs in heat should be left at home.

• Don't bring food into the park. Verbal praise and a good pet is great reinforcing behaviour. 

• Watch small humans carefully or ideally, keep them outside the fence - they can be easily knocked over by rambunctious dogs. 

• Keep your leash readily available.

• Limit toy use for when there are no competing dogs. 

• It is recommended to have a collar with contact information on your dog. Although the park is enclosed - escapes happen!

All District of Invermere rules and regulations regarding responsible pet ownership must be followed.
